so so hotel with so so service. 1. bathroom floor is not designed to drain water properly, water overflow to dry area is expected if you take a bath. 2. Need to purchase from restaurant with minimum defined amount if you want to borrow cutlery. So sad, pullman, grand mercure or even a 3 stars hotel like favehotel doesn't need that cheap policy. 4. Gym condition is quite old. 5. Wifi quality is unstable Amazed with the poor service since this is an accor hotel which I know always keen to deliver superb quality.

My stay was okay types.. Staff was friendly and courteous Location of hotel is good Bedsheet was not clean and had to be changed Open wire was lying and hidden below the table Not many options available in continental food for morning breakfast

Staff Services Overall OK, but the facilities in the room and other areas need refreshment; they are already quite outdated. I stay when there is an earthquake in the middle of night, staff is well trained to handle it, especially duty manager or manager in charge that night, he is able to handle situation calmly.
